International Students THRIVE Scholarships 2023 Upskilling Program
When attempting to access school and the job market, refugee women encounter unique difficulties. It's possible that you'll be able to find a job if you're willing to put in a little bit of work. With our program THRIVE, we hope to provide women with the tools they need to succeed in the workforce. This includes helping them learn the skills necessary for the modern workplace through a digital program, providing coaching tailored to their specific needs, and connecting them to employers at networking events. In order to improve their German language skills, women have access to a special blended language study package.
In the DACH area, women with a history of migration who are 18 to 40 years old have the opportunity to take part in a special digital upskilling program. Participants can select from the Data Analyst or Get Started in Tech courses.

8. Convoke with prospective employers. by taking part in the program's hybrid networking event
Start Your Tech Career: The foundational skills in User Experience (UX), Front End Development, and Digital Marketing are available through this program.
Study to:
1. Make mobile apps' user experiences fantastic
2. Write HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code for the web
3. Produce outstanding internet content that advances corporate objectives
4. Launch a campaign for social media marketing PLUS:
5. Advance your German language proficiency. Self-paced German language training programs and frequent live practice sessions are available.
6. Equip yourself to succeed at work. Through seminars on crucial soft skills like communication and networking
7. Gain knowledge about the day-to-day activities of women* working in the creative and technological sectors. with coaching sessions led by women in these fields
Qualification Standards for the THRIVE Upskilling Program
You must: in order to sign up for the THRIVE program.
1. Be a woman* between the ages of 18 and 40.
2. Be a resident of Germany, Austria, or Switzerland.
3. Comprehend German at an intermediate level (B1) and English at a B2 level or higher.
4. Be familiar with the fundamentals of using a laptop or tablet
5. Be able to dedicate 5 hours a week to learning for your chosen pathway.
