MPOWER 2023 Women in STEM Scholarship for Undergraduates
Female international/DACA students who are presently enrolled or accepted to study full-time in a STEM degree Scholarship at a programme MPOWER supports in the United States or Canada are eligible to receive the Scholarships each year.
This scholarship programme focuses on women who will use their STEM degree to benefit society and the planet and who have the potential to serve as role models and advocates for women in STEM in keeping with MPOWER's commitment to empowering high-potential global citizens to realise their educational aspirations and become tomorrow's leading scientists and innovators.
Concerning MPOWER Scholarship
A public-benefit organisation named Mpower Financing has as its declared goal lowering the costs associated with studying abroad. With a headquarters in Bangalore, India, it also has an office there. Manu Smadja and Michael Davis, who met while attending INSEAD in Paris, launched it in 2014. Students who normally are unable to obtain a loan from other banks or lenders without a co-signer or collateral can apply for student loans from Mpower Financing. 1. Be accepted into or enrolled in a full-time degree programme at a university supported by MPOWER in the United States or Canada.
2. Legally be able to study in either Canada or the United States as an international student, as appropriate:

4. Has Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) protections
5. Has a Green Card and is a permanent resident of the United States

Winners will be chosen by MPOWER based on:
