Agbu Kefas, the governor of Taraba State, has established a commission to examine and retrieve state property throughout Nigeria.
The Kaduna state office in Lagos and the nation's capital, Abuja, as well as properties in Taraba state have been assigned to the committee for investigation and location.
The committee was tasked with searching for and locating all forms of government property around the nation, according to the announcement made by the Secretary of State, Gebon Kataps, on Sunday.
According to him, the group would also evaluate each property's cost and provide recommendations to the state government.
Within four weeks, the committee is anticipated to turn in its report.
