President Bola Ahmed Tinubu mourned the death of two-year-old Ivan Omhonrina, killed by a stray bullet during a police operation.

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu mourned the death of two-year-old Ivan Omhonrina, who was killed by a stray bullet during an NDEA operation at Okpanam in Oshimili North Local Government Area of Delta State.

On Tuesday, the President's spokesman, Dele Alake, ordered the NDLEA management to examine the situation quickly and punish the guilty.

To avoid harming innocent Nigerians, he urged security forces to be more professional and cautious.

“I mourn little Ivan Omhonrina and sympathise with his parents for the painful experience of losing an innocent child in a most tragic manner.”
