Trouble for Biden as US secret service finds cocaine inside White House after his son Hunter’s Visit
A white powder was found in the White House not long after Hunter Biden's visit. The U.S. Secret Service found it.
Hunter Biden's, the son of U.S. President Joe Biden, was seen leaving the White House with his father to go to Camp David for the long holiday weekend two days before the finding was made.
Tuesday, when cocaine was found, Joe Biden, his son Hunter Biden, and members of the first family came back to the White House. This caused a lot of trouble.
DailyMail looked at a radio call and found that a preliminary test found that the white powder found on Sunday was cocaine. This caused emergency services to shut down 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
The Secret Service is now looking into how the drug got there and who is to blame for the security breach.
Trolls are saying that the drug comes from the president's son, who is a drug user.
But the White House library is part of the public walk that hundreds of people take every day, so there could be more than one person who did it. It is also two floors below the living space of the first family.
Even though the dispatch tape says "library," a source familiar with the situation told Daily Mail that the substance was not found in the executive mansion but in a "work area" in the west wing of the White House.
A word from the Secret Service backs this up.
"On Sunday night, the White House complex was closed for safety reasons while officers from the Secret Service Uniformed Division looked into an unknown object that was found in a work area," the statement says.
"The DC Fire Department was called to look at it, and they quickly found that it wasn't dangerous."
"The item was sent back to be looked at again, and an investigation into how and why it got to the White House is still going on."
Hunter got back to Washington, D.C., on Tuesday for the yearly Fourth of July party on the South Lawn. With him were his wife Melissa Cohen and their 3-year-old son Beau, who was crying as his father carried him to the car at Fort McNair to go back to the White House.
The U.S. Secret Service is doing more tests to find out if the material is a drug that is against the law.
He also said that the drug was not found in the White House when President Joe Biden was there.
