Wagner will continue her work in Africa - Prigozhin
Yevgeny Prigozhin, the CEO of the Russian mercenary firm "Wagner," said on Afrique Media TV that his forces will continue to work in the African nations where they are now stationed.
"We will continue our operations in all the countries where we started our operations," he declared.
After our terms and conditions are accepted, we would assist any nation that requires the Wagner group's assistance to battle terrorists and rebels, he continued.
According to Mr. Prigozhin, the company has no plans to scale back its operations in Africa.
After the group's brief uprising in Russia on June 24, there were speculations that the group was pulling its forces out of Mali and the Central African Republic.
Wagner's forces are accused of abusing human rights in Mali and the Central African Republic by human rights organizations.
