Zulum Launched the First College of Education in Borno State
The campus of the government secondary school will be used as a temporary location for the opening of the new Federal College of Education (FCE) in the Borno local government of Gwoza, according to Babagana Umara Zulum, the state's governor.
The school is situated near a few communities in the Gwoza local government's Gwoza town.
Since Borno State's inception in 1976, the new institution is the state's first of its sort. Federal University, Federal College of Science and Technology, and Federal College of Education are located in the majority of the 36 states as well as the federal capital Abuja, but Borno State lacked a College of Science and Technology and a Federal College of Education until the Buhari administration recently established them.
