Complaints about the banning of TikTok have caused controversy among members of the Kenyan parliament and the people of the country.
On Tuesday, the Kenyan parliament debated the request of a citizen Bob Ndolo to ban TikTok.
Mr Ndolo urged lawmakers to ban TikTok, citing concerns that the platform threatens Kenya's traditional and religious culture.
The plaintiff also said that TikTok's lack of regulation in Kenya has led to the proliferation of inappropriate content on the platform.
