The chairman of the Kaduna state branch committee, Imam Bukhari Maraban Jos has responded to those who say that the former governor of Kaduna state, Malam Nasir Ahmad El-Rufa'i should not be appointed as a minister.
Sheikh Malamin made this response while talking to the media today, Monday, July 31, 2023.
Imam Bukhari said, "We woke up today and saw a post that someone made about the former governor of Kaduna state, Malam Nasir El-Rufai.
"As for us, we respect the family of the Shehu, and we accept everything that comes to us from him, because of his position in religion. But this will not prevent others from using the coat of arms of the Shehu family to insert themselves into politics to harm others for their political purposes.”
Imam went on to say, "Thank God everyone knows, some of them have come forward and expressed their views on the candidate they want to be elected, and now God has given us those who do not agree with us." Their revelations are not correct, so it is wrong for someone to come out and say that Malam Nasir El-Rurai should not be given the position of minister, because El-Rufai has nothing to say in Kaduna state. If he said that he did not help the religion, or he did not help the disciple, this is an opinion, if he did not see it, many would have seen it.
"The words of the disciples in Kaduna state, their past events, the honorable governor sat down with Malam Albani, they passed this place. It is wrong to bring back the past, in order to achieve a political goal.
