Ten people died after a train accident in Pakistan

Authorities said there are still passengers trapped in the carriage of the plane that crashed.

At least 30 people died and 50 were injured after the accident of a train carrying passengers in the southern province of Sindh, Pakistan.

At least 10 carriages of the Hazara Express passenger train fell off the railway line when the train was on its way to Rawalpindi after departing from Karachi.

The Minister of Railways Khawaja Saad Rafiq confirmed the number of those who died and said that the accident was caused by a problem with the train or what he called "vulture's foot".

The national media reported that the medical staff said that among the dead and wounded there were women and children and they were taken to the hospital in Nawabshah, 15 kilometers away from the place where the accident happened.

The authorities are afraid that there may be an increase in the number of people who died because there are ten passengers who were stuck in the train that fell.

The rescue workers are facing difficulties in rescuing the injured and taking them to the hospital because the place where the incident happened is very far from the city.

There have been many train accidents in the nuclear-armed country of Pakistan, which is believed to be due to poor infrastructure.

Even in June 2021, 63 passengers died as a result of the accident of two trains after they collided with each other in Sindh in Pakistan.
