The spokesperson of the Lake Chad Regional Alliance MNJTF, Lieutenant Colonel Abubakar Abdullahi explained that the commander of the second division of the force, Major General Djouma Youssouf Mahammat Itno led the handover of the Boko Haram members to the country's authorities.
