Iraq has hanged three people who were involved in the bomb attack in Baghdad.

This bombing happened in the month of 2016 during the fasting month and killed more than 300 people and injured many others.

This is the worst bomb attack in Iraq since the US invasion in 2003.

The execution was carried out on Sunday or Monday, Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani's office said.

But the names of the victims have not been disclosed.

The Prime Minister told the families of the victims that the death penalty has been imposed on the people involved in the bombing.
