Waiting for the date of decision in the 2023 Kano governorship election case
The Kano State Governorship Appeal Court has received the final written submissions from the lawyers of both parties, the APC and the NNPP.
The three-judge court under the leadership of Justice Akintan Osadebay will set a date for the decision in the near future.
After receiving the statement, the Court thanked all the lawyers for their cooperation until the case came to an end with the promise to do everything possible to ensure that the judgment was made fairly.
The session of the court on this Monday was authorized by the Kano state government including the secretary of state, commissioners and other stakeholders.
