Zulum has given relief to those who serve the country in Borno
The governor of Borno state, Babagana Umara Zulum, said that he will distribute 30,000 each to the 1,215 youths who are serving the country in their state to ease their suffering.
Zulum said this when he visited the training camp for those who serve the country on Saturday in Maiduguri, where he said he will allocate 36.4 million naira to give the youth the support.
The governor also gave 100 sacks of rice, 10 sacks of beans and 10 sacks of cooking oil to those serving the country to feed the young people during their three-week training.
“I want to expand the distribution of palliative care to those who serve our country in our state. each person among them will get 30,000 naira, and the money will be transferred to your bank account", said Zulum.
He also asked the youth to obey the laws of the camp in order to be safe and carry out all the duties that are required of them, in order to advance their country.
The governor also expressed his happiness to the federal government of the country which has improved the security of the state to give opportunities to the youth to serve the country in the state.
Many years have passed without training those who serve the country properly, as a result of the attacks of the Boko Haram group.
