Nigerian soldiers killed a bandit in Kaduna
Nigerian security forces have successfully killed a gunman known as Boderi Isyaku.
According to reports, the leader of the bandits and some of his fighters were killed in a clash with the Nigerian Army, in Bada/Riyawa area in Chikun and Igabi local governments of Kaduna state.
Boderi spent almost ten years carrying out evil activities in Kaduna and Niger states, by attacking and kidnapping people.
He has been linked to several attacks in areas including Sabon Birni, Rigasa, Buruku, Rijana, Kateri, the Kaduna to Abuja road and the Kaduna to Birnin Gwari road.
He was also accused of establishing ties with terrorist groups, and collaborating with them in establishing bases in these areas.
