Heathrow Airport in London has reopened
London's Heathrow Airport has reopened, after a delay in flights.
Work was resumed after the electricity was restored, the lack of which caused the delay.
The chief executive officer of the airport, Thomas Woldbye apologized to the passengers, saying that they had to stop working, because the plan for each day is not possible to be 100 percent.
The International Civil Aviation Organization said the electrical problem was unfortunate, saying Hearthrow should not be dependent on a single energy source.
The delay affected more than 200,000 passengers.
