As the 2025/2026 school year begins, Nigerian artist Timi Dakolo has said he will help parents who are having trouble paying for their kids' school tuition.
Dakolo wrote on his official X and Instagram profiles on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, that he knows how hard it is for many families to pay for school at the start of each term.
"I know it's time to pay for school, and I know it's not always easy."
"So, let me help ease that burden a little," he wrote.
The singer asked parents and guardians to send their kids' school bills to #TheOyindaOlu on Instagram. She said that proofs of contributions made directly to schools will be given back as proof of support.

A mom on X has gone on social media to thank Timi Dakolo for giving her N50K.
