The goal of the Stanbic IBTC Digital Skills Empowerment Program is to help find and recruit unique people who are good with technology and provide them the skills and tools they need to help Stanbic IBTC Group reach its future digital and technology goals.

The Stanbic IBTC DiSEP Program is a unique chance for young people who are resourceful and passionate to learn the skills they need to start a fast-paced career.
To be eligible for the Stanbic IBTC DiSEP Program,
1. People who want to work in Kubernetes, NET Core, C#, Software Testing and Automation, DevOps, or Java should apply.
2. A Second Class Lower degree in a field linked to Information Technology or Engineering from a recognized university.
3. At least five credits in GCE, NECO, or an equivalent (including Math and English)
4. Applicants must have finished NYSC and have their discharge certificate in hand.
4. The applicant's date of birth, gender, and class of degree must be evident.
5. The applicant must be no older than 28 years old when they apply.
