Discover the Switzerland CERN Student Program (Administrative) for 2026. Find out how to apply for this fully funded opportunity to kickstart your career in science and administration. The European Organization for Nuclear Research is looking for students to apply for the 2026 CERN Student Program.
The CERN Administrative Student Program is a full-time job that pays for all of your travel, family, and health costs, as well as a monthly stipend of Fr 41,424.
The CERN Administrative Student Program in Switzerland is a full-time training program that lasts from 2 to 12 months.
This is your chance to become involved if you're a determined Bachelor's or Master's student who wants to work in a unique setting at the bleeding edge of technology.
It could be in any of the following fields: translation, human resources, advanced secretarial work, business administration, logistics, law, finance, accounting, library and information science, engineering management, science communication, education, audiovisual, communication and public relations, psychology, or audit.
To be eligible for the CERN Administrative Student Program, you need to:
1. You are a citizen of a country that is a member or associate member of CERN.
2. You should have finished at least 18 months of your undergraduate education (Bachelor's or Master's) in an administrative field by the time the next student committee meets in February 2026.
3. You are still a full-time student when you are interning.
4. You speak English or French well.
The CERN Student Scholarship gives you the following benefits:
1. An agreement to work together for 2 to 12 months.
2. A monthly payment of 3452 Swiss Francs (after taxes).
3. A travel allowance.
4. More money if you are married or have kids.
5. Full health insurance coverage.
6.2.5 days of paid time off each month.
