They couldn't fight for these funds. They want to open registrations for us while we are trying to get the government to give them the money they need to build universities. It was earlier said that the Federal Government had told Vice Chancellors of public universities to start physically checking the attendance of teaching staff during the ASUU strike. Reports say the move is meant to keep an eye on compliance and find teachers who have started working again.
