Going to her Instagram page to post a clip of herself, Cuppy promised in her next life, she will remain a Nigerian. She had considered Nigeria to be her own country and place of birth.

The daughter of Otedola observed that, despite everything, Nigerians do not give up but push, persevere and even be joyful even during the most difficult times. She said that God took his time in creating us and providing us with strength, soul, and limitless energy.

God didn't rush when He made us!!! He supplied us with strength and courage. Would STILL prefer to be Nigerian, last year, Nigeria was celebrating 64 years of gaining independence, and Cuppy referred Nigeria as her superpower. She confessed that it is a difficult period in Nigeria but still, it has been and always will be a peace of hope. She explained that she is a Nigerian and this is the superpower of her brand because she would always take a bit of Nigeria with her wherever she is.

On the same note, Funke Akindele had shown her greatest faith in Nigeria returning to greatness when she kicked against her leaving the country. Naming all the things that Nigeria has done to her, she stated that Nigeria is the place where talents live and opportunities are plenty, therefore, she will never leave it.

Regina Daniels said that however and wherever the country is at this point; we do not hate the country and she is confident that collectively we will fight and do whatever it takes to make the country better. It is peace that she believes within and justice in which we lead that we can move on and build democracy and make prosperity not only for the select few, but everyone. She urged the Nigerians to revise their commitment of creating a Nigeria that the coming generations would be proud to have inherited.
