Watching Zoë Kravitz's Burmese python get lost in her Beverly Hills home was a scary experience for the 35-year-old pop star, who was on the Oct. 8 show of Late Night with Seth Meyers.
Kravitz first told the story on Late Night with Seth Meyers on August 12. Kravitz, 36, said that Swift was kind enough to give her and her mom, Lisa Bonet, a place to stay during the Los Angeles fires. Kravitz said that she and Bonet had to "rip up the tile, scratching the walls," to get the snake back after it got into her mom's "little hole" in Swift's bathroom. "We messed up Taylor's bathroom completely," she said.
In an interview with Meyers to promote her new record, The Life of a Showgirl, Swift told him that she "can't even be mad" about what happened and told him her side of the story.
She joked with Meyers, "We all have that one friend." She also said, "I just remember getting a call from my head of security and him trying to explain this story to me." She said her first question was "what snake?" which showed she didn't know about her animal friend.
The pop star said, "I kind of found myself listening to this." "And I'm like, 'Uh-huh, OK, OK.'" In this case, it's important to give a friend their first and last name.
