Nollywood actress Funke Akindele has created a chat after replying to a fan who pleaded with her to receive a phone online. The fan had left a message requesting assistance stating that he did not have a phone.
In response, the actress reacted by saying that she did not believe it and asked how it could be so. So what did you use to type message, why are you lying? she asked.
She pointed out that not everybody should have an expensive gadget and that it is more about being content. Is it necessary to use big phone? and contentment is a major o," she cautioned, to which she added honesty must precede any sort of aid.
'Contentment Is Key'
The actress who recently posted with her online followers commented that she was taken aback by the plea. I got up and said just see my people and all I am seeing is please ma I don't have a phone, she said.
She pointed out that social media has turned out to be a field where numerous individuals currently strive to take advantage of celebrities in their fabricated tales. To her, being humble and telling the truth is a superior solution to trying to be desperate.
