In a recent appearance on "The Honest Bunch Podcast," the female singer talked about how closely she works with Wizkid.
The "Irawo" singer talked about the friendship and guidance that grew between them during their early work together, bringing up several examples, such as her song "Crazy" and her singing background on some of his other records.
Seyi Shay said that Wizkid often gave her good tips on how to get ahead in the entertainment business, not just about music.
"I did Crazy with Wizkid," she said. I sang on the song with him, and he sang on one of my songs. I also sang background vocals on a few of his other songs at that time. We really became friends. I saw that he is really very smart and skilled. He's been known to record while eating, which I thought was crazy. He seems to get his ideas from somewhere. He's very talented, like a magician, and I really like people who are that good. The people who are unbelievably talented touch my heart, my soul, and everything else. He gave me a lot of advice and told me how people act in this business.
