I am Comr Ibrahim Mohammed Doji, from Bauchi State. My intention to aspire for the office of National Youth Leader in the upcoming National Convention of All Progressives Congress (APC) is to welcome the calls of my fellow progressives.
The Youth O'clock is more than just a slogan, it's a reality we are living. Time has come for all of us to come together to pursue a common goal, a goal that will serve as an opportunity for youth inclusion in politics and governance.
My dream is always to see youths excelling in all aspects of life that is why I have two goals to achieve if I become the youth leader. I will work with relevant youth stakeholders in my party to facilitate the reduction of the cost of nomination forms for the offices of the House of Representatives and the State House of Assemblies. Many youths are barred from contesting in the election as a result of their inability to purchase forms, which I believe will add value to our party the APC, and encourage more youths to join and support the party.
I wish to call on the attention of our party to consider the northeastern part of the country when zoning the office of the Youth Leader because there are only three APC states, spirits of our youths are dying by the day. With the office of a youth leaders in the zone, our party's morale and spirit will bounce back to galvanize support in the 2023 general elections, especially in Bauchi State.
I want to use this opportunity to thank all my supporters who are injecting their time and energy to see that we succeed in this struggle.
