To avoid harm, parents should stop marrying their children before Ramadan - Sheikh Abdallah Gadon Kaya

The Chief Imam of Usman Bin Affan Friday Mosque in Gadon Kaya, Kano State, Dr Abdallah Usman Umar, has said that in order to avoid mischief among the newlyweds, they should refrain from getting married with one week to go.


 According to him, even if the marriage is approaching, it would be better to move it forward, by the end of the fasting month, Dala FM reported.

 He made the remarks on a program Abuwa Koyi Rayuwa, hosted by Dala FM, Kano, which airs every Friday at around 9am.

 As he testified

 "Married couples should refrain from getting married before the month of Ramadan to avoid falling prey to the devil and committing mischief by breaking the fast."

 He continued: "Many newlyweds go to the venue to seek advice because they have broken their fast during the month of Ramadan."

 He urged parents to keep their children married before Ramadan, especially with one week to go.

 Dr Abdallah Usman Umar, the imam of the Usman Bin Affan Mosque in Gadon Kaya, said husbands should go out with their wives to the restaurant as it strengthens the bond of love and kindness of lovers.  Hausa news reported X

 Dr. Abdallah added that if a man does this it will increase the bond between him and his wife.

 He made the remarks at a program on Dala FM for Learning Abar Koyi on Friday.

 "A husband and wife will have a good relationship with each other if they go out to eat together

 with a tour of the city especially in unfamiliar places. ”He added:"Husbands should not be quick to get angry with their wives, they should be patient instead of doing it."
