CONCERN OVER THE CONTENT OF THE MUSICAL "WARR" BY ADO GWANJA
The Commission observed with concern some indecent lyrics in a Hausa musical by one Ado Gwanja titled "Warr" laced with unwholesome words and portrayal of drunkenness as an acceptable way of life.
The Commission is particularly concerned that the musical of Ado Gwanja has become popular in some stations across the zone which compels the Commission to believe that such stations never took time to listen to the content before airing it. Below are some excerpts of the lyrics of Ado Gwanja verse;
