Atiku Abubakar visit to Hadeja encouraged us - PDP Senatorial Candidate


 The Jigawa North East Senatorial candidate under the PDP in the 2023 election, Dr Nuraddeen Muhammad praised the visit of the party's presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar to His Highness the Emir of Hadeja, Alhaji Adamu Abubakar Maje to offer his condolences.  to him and the people of the emirate on the flood that caused havoc in the area at the end of the monsoon this year.


 Alhaji Nuraddeen Muhammad who is a former Minister in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Minister in charge of the Federal Ministry of Information, described the visit as important for his constituents which encouraged them and showed that being a senator and  The new PDP government they hope to establish will give importance to solving the flood problem.


 At the beginning, His Highness the Emir of Hadeja described Atiku Abubakar as a lover of Hadewa and the state, where he called on governments at all levels to solve the problem of floods that occur every year so that they can rest.


 During the visit of the former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar, who provided 50 million naira to support the victims of the flood, he attributed the increase in the flood to climate change, saying that efforts to solve the problem and follow ways to reduce global warming are the solution and that is what  He will focus on becoming President in May 2023.


 Those who supported Atiku during the visit included his host, the former Governor of the state, Alhaji Sule Lamido and the Executive Director of the Atiku/Okowa Campaign Committee and Governor of Sokoto State, Alhaji Aminu Waziri Tambuwal and the candidate for Governor of the state under the PDP.  Alhaji Mustapha Sule LamiDo (Santurakin Dutse) and his deputy Dr. Babandi Ibrahim Gumel and leaders and many supporters of the party.


 If it can be recalled, Jigawa State suffered from floods especially in the North East region in September this year, where 106 people lost their lives and billions of Naira were lost.


 Atiku paid a similar visit to His Highness the Emir of Dutse, Alhaji Nuhu Muhammad Sunusi at his palace in Dutse, the state capital.
