Fire destroyed shops in the city of Jigawa state.

 More than ten shops were gutted in Birniwa bus station due to fire.

 The incident happened around 4:00 p.m., and it is believed that the fire broke out due to the connection of electric wires.

 Speaking to the media officer of the area, the secretary of the Independent Drivers Association of the local government, Alhaji Baba said that the incident affected the shops in front of the bus station, where he said that there was a loss of millions of naira.

 He then expressed his condolences to the victims and requested the aid agencies to bring them and take immediate action to ease their suffering.

 Already, the local government team led by its secretary, Alhaji Yau Kachallari visited the place where the incident happened and condoled the victims. He prayed to God to prevent this from happening in the future.
