Beautiful singer Ellynora sends a funny message to England fans after she messed up their national anthem, "God Save the King."
After she messed up God Save the King, Ellynora sent a funny message to England fans.
The amazing singer was asked to sing the national anthems before Thursday night's Euro 2024 qualifier between England and Italy.
Three Lions fans were not happy with the Italian's singing, and they took to Twitter to say so.
She replied to them on Instagram with a sultry selfie and a V pose, which is considered rude in the UK, with the caption "England, I hope you liked my gift."
After the backlash, Ellynora deleted the post and broke down in tears, and said she was sorry in an interview with Daily Mail.
She said, "I'm so mad about what happened because I wanted it to be perfect, but what happened wasn't my fault."
I want to apologize to all the England fans who were at the stadium or watching on TV. I'm ashamed of what happened, and I want people to know that I wasn't trying to be rude.
"Being asked to sing the national anthem was such an honor, and I was so excited about it. I've never before sung anything like that." I'm more of a pop artist, but there was a sound problem at the ground.
"I had practiced the anthem twice the day before the game and three times the night of the game, but when it came time to sing, my earpiece wouldn't work.
