Kenyan protests against the government are being led by Raila Odinga.
In Nairobi, Kenya's capital, protests against the government have been spearheaded by Raila Odinga, the leader of the opposition.
Early on Thursday morning, Odinga's convoy passed through Mombasa on its way to a location south of Embakasi town.
Vice President Martha Karua, who campaigned alongside Kalonzo Musyoka of the Wiper party and other opposition leaders, was another supporter.
The time, according to Odinga, has come for Kenya to be liberated from the control of autocrats.
He stated in one of his attacks of the administration that they would continue to demonstrate even if the government sent millions of police officers to put an end to it.
