China has completed military exercises near Taiwan
China has completed three days of military drills near Taiwan.
China began the drills on Saturday after Taiwan's President Tsai Ing-wen met with the speaker of the US House of Representatives in California.
After the drills, Taiwan's defense ministry said it would not stop strengthening its armed forces.
The exercise is not as big as the one China conducted after Nancy Pelosi's visit last year.
Taiwan considers itself as an independent country, while China sees it as a part of its own country that is trying to disappear, and which it thinks it can restore even if it is in a bad way.
On Monday, China announced that it had successfully completed its military exercises.
Taiwan said it spotted 12 Chinese warships and 91 fighter jets near it on Monday.
