 The famous singer of the APC, Dauda Adamu Abdullahi Kahutu (Rarara), was arraigned before the High Court of Muslim Religion in Rijiyar Zaki Kano, under the leadership of Justice Halhaltul Khuza'i Zakariya.


 From the beginning, a person named Muhammad Ma'aji accused Rarara in front of the court for some of his money of ₦10.3m Million Naira that settled a case in the past months.


 The plaintiff told the court that he has no other option to claim his rights except through the legal system as everyone has a few complaints against denying him his rights.


 Muhammad Ma'aji added that he followed the process of reconciliation with the person who is suing him and gave him his money since the business was not possible and the war did not owe him his money.

 The spokesperson of the High Courts of Muslim Religion in Kano State, Muzammil Ado Fagge, stated that the hearing of the case will begin on April 11, 2023.


 "This is a lawsuit that Muhammad Ma'aji filed against Rarara, the singer of the APC party and it is a lawsuit that there is a deal with him up to 10 million naira and he did, he gave him the decision but war."  Muzammil A. Fagge said
