Toya Johnson has not just ONE beauty fan on her hands, but TWO. Following in the footsteps of her older sister Regina Carter, 3-year-old Reign Rushing recently got a new hairstyle. Unfortunately, the little girl took matters into her own hands, which didn't make her mom happy.
"Well, look what I found. In the Instagram video, the worried mother of two can be heard saying, "I can't believe this girl cut her hair." She then shows followers a handful of her daughter's curls.
She asked her little girl, "Why would you do that?"
In the video, the little businesswoman behind Reign Beaux, a line of colorful hair accessories, tells her mom, "I don't know." She is dressed in a cute PJ set.
"You have beautiful hair. Why do you want to cut it?" Toya asked again before she figured out that the child wanted her to cut her hair into a style. "You wanted your hair cut?"
The little girl repeated what she said and then showed how she wanted the end result to look. "Because this is how I wanted it."
