FIFA has threatened to ban the Women's World Cup in some countries
Gianni Infantino, the head of FIFA, has said that five European countries won't be able to watch the women's world cup. This has caused a lot of debate around the world.
Infantino asked the countries to say that if the companies that will show the game on TV don't raise the price of the offer they made at first, they won't show the game. The president said he was disappointed with the money that was offered to advertise the games in Great Britain, Spain, Italy, Germany, and France.
He also said that players and women's football have been ignored, and the big European countries are trying to make the competition worse, which is very sad.
Starting on July 20 of this year, 2023, the Women's World Cup will be held in Australia and New Zealand.
