Sudan conflict: More than 100 people were killed in the Darfur region

There was a terrible fight in the Darfur region of Sudan, and more than 100 people were killed in the city of El Geneina, according to news sources.

This happened a few days after the warring sides in the country agreed to protect civilians and let help get to them.

The organization for the Protection of human rights in the Darfur region said that the chief imam of the city of El Geneina is one of the best people who died in the war that broke out in the city.

Photos show how the buildings were damaged by the bombing from the air.

A group of Arabs with ties to the RSF is thought to have attacked homes in the city.

Even though there was a killing in the area almost 20 years ago, Darfur still has problems.

Due to fighting between the army and the RSF, aid groups are still leaving and health services are still closed.
