The newly elected governor of Kano Abba Gida Gida appoints his press secretary
Abba Kabir Yusuf, the next governor of Kano State, has given his approval for Sanusi Bature Dawakin Tofa to serve as his press secretary till he assumes office.
Sanusi Bature was praised for his bravery and duty-knowing in a statement he issued on Thursday night that was signed by Abba Kabir Yusuf, the chairman of the committee for assuming power.
Sanusi, who has previously worked for numerous local and international organizations, is the spokesperson for the NNPP party's governorship campaign committee in the state's recently-concluded governorship election.
Abba Kabir Yusuf, , the newly elected governor of Kano State, received a certificate of victory from the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) on Wednesday. The election for governor took place on March 18.
