Because PDP presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar submitted a list of data copied from the registration of owners election, during the 2023 presidential election, to the Presidential Election Appeals Court, it can now be said that the dispute over Bola Tinubu's victory has heated up.

A day after the LP presidential candidate, Peter Obi, presented copies of the documents that affirm another court to the same court, Atiku presented a copy of the BVAS documents at the Presidential Election Appeals Court on Tuesday. Tinubu was previously fined $460,000 in the District of Illinois in the United States after being detained for cocaine trafficking.

Atiku, who placed second, filed an appeal because he claimed to have been victimized during the election in various different ways.

The failure to submit the presidential election results to the Election Results Depository is one among the frauds Atiku believes was committed against him.

Atiku's attorney, Eyitayo Jegede, displayed copies of the BVAS documents at the court on Tuesday.

Copies of the paperwork accusing Asiwaju of drug trafficking were delivered to the court.

Copies of the documents submitted, which are used to show that President Bola Tinubu has traded drugs and has been fined $460,000 by the United States, have been given to the Presidential Electoral Appeals Court in Abuja.

In the case brought by Peter Obi, the LP presidential contender, the court accepted the documents as evidence.

Tinubu's victory is being contested by Obi, who wants the court to rule that he won the election or that the results should be thrown out and there should be widespread blasphemy.

Obi is claiming that Tinubu is ineligible to run for office and that there was election fraud.

Despite the ongoing case Obi, Atiku, and APM have against him, Tinubu was sworn in on Monday.

In September, the cases will be resolved before the Supreme Court at the Presidential Election Appeals Court.

Following Tinubu's arrest for drug possession in the United States, Obi provided the Presidential Electoral Appeals Court with information related to the $460,000 fine imposed against him by the District Court of Illinois.

Chief Justice Haruna Tsammani's copy of the evidence is number 93.

Obi said that Kashim Shettima's simultaneous running for two positions makes his candidacy illegitimate. That is both Barno's vice presidential and senate campaigns.
