Bandits have laid siege to a town in Kogi state
Some robbers killed people in the Nigerian town of Ejule, which is in the Ofu Local Government of the Kogi State.
It was around 3 a.m. Nigerian time on Thursday, and people who saw what happened said that they still don't know how many bodies they saw on the ground.
In an interview with the Daily Trust Newspaper, retired Jerry Omadara, who is the state governor's security advisor, confirmed the attack. However, he said that he has not yet gotten any details about the attack by the bandits.
Some news stories say that many people have already left their homes, while others say that others have gone to their homes to find safety.
