Benzema signed an agreement with the club and Al-Ittihad
Al-Ittihad in the city of Jeddah in Saudi Arabia, announced Karim Benzema as its new player.
On Tuesday, the 35-year-old player signed a contract with the champions of the Saudi football league, where he is expected to play for two years, with the option of one more year.
Under the agreement, Benzema will receive a salary of around 200 million euros every year.
Last weekend, the Frenchman played his last game in Real Madrid where he scored in a 1-1 draw against Athletic Club.
Benzema scored a total of 354 goals for Real Madrid in 648 games he played for the club, with which he signed a contract on July 9, 2009
