Former Justice Minister Denies That He Fleeed From Nigeria

Abubakar Malami, a former minister of justice, has refuted claims that he inflated his pants as a result of his suspected involvement in bribery.

There have been rumours that the former minister of justice has left the nation to evade arrest and investigation since the EFCC chief, Abdulrashid Bawa, was suspended.

The Daily Trust newspaper was informed by an EFCC source that Abubakar Malami must provide information regarding his alleged involvement in the illicit sale of a barrel of 48 million barrels of crude oil in 2015 for a price of 2 billion 400 million dollars.

The insider claimed that after the former minister of justice was invited by the agency, he declined to accept it.

The teacher then refuted rumours that he had returned to Nigeria by saying that he will be attending a wedding this coming Friday at 2 p.m. at the late Sheikh Isyaka Rabiu mosque in Kano.
