Hajj has started immediately

The Muslims attending the Hajj began their primary rites, one of which is an Islamic ritual, on Monday, the first day after their early-morning arrival in Mina.

After the Fajr prayer on Tuesday morning, the pilgrims will go to Arafat after spending the night in Mina.

The pilgrims will circumambulate and toss Jamra on Wednesday before making their way back to Mina, where they will stay for three days.

Between the cities of Makkah and Muzdalifa is a region known as Mina.

According to the authorities, more than 1.6 million pilgrims from 160 nations have arrived in Saudi Arabia to undertake the Hajj this year.
