How I Struggled As A Taxi Driver - Tinubu

When he was a cab driver in the United States, the President, Bola Tinubu, was slapped by a member of the Navy for accepting more of a passenger's tip than he was entitled to.

This is covered in the account of his upbringing and life that was printed in the back of significant Nigerian newspapers.

According to Tinubun's biography, he drove people from the airport to their destinations as an illegal taxi driver in Chicago, Illinois, in the United States.

I was able to cover my housing and academic expenses at the University of Chicago.

He continued by describing her actions and how a Marine hit him in the face after he charged him for a taxi that took him to the location where he was being served.

"As a driver, there is one thing that I will never forget: once, I paid a Marine for a cab, and when he returned to the nation with more money than was charged, I told him, 'that's expensive. And I didn't do it deliberately," stated Tinubu.

Actually, I have no idea where that is. And there is no longer GPRS, much less somebody to explain it to me. Thus, he is the soldier who specifies the location of his home in a Virginian neighbourhood.

When I explained the cost of the money he would pay me in a flash, his response was to hit me across the face. He advised me to be aware of the true cost before visiting the location he gave me. Once more, he gave me the cash.

The President claimed that he started his driving career in order to get money to support himself before starting school.

"We bought an unregistered (used) car called a Gipsy, which we were entering under the name "taxi," the speaker is reported as saying. We pick up travellers at the airport and transport them to specific locations, such as hotels, but not everywhere because an unauthorised vehicle will not travel elsewhere.

"We have done this a few times in an effort to make some money. I travelled to Chicago while Bolaji travelled to Tennessee.

"April was when I was scheduled to start school. But because I had money saved, I waited until September. It was challenging for me to move to Chicago, and I started at Richard Daley College right away. a fascinating experience.
