Human Rights Watch HTMI put out this report on Thursday in New Zealand, where the group's main office is.

HRMI used information from poor supporters and groups as well as interviews with those who were limited.

The study also said that past governments had broken their promise to protect people's rights.

And the study said that Nigeria's leaders did not take care of the country's wealth so that everyone's life could be better.

Nigeria has been put on a scale of how well it provides food, health care, schooling, jobs, and homes, but nothing has changed.

The study says that when it comes to taking away people's rights, Nigeria is worse than other African countries.

People's rights are said to be more limited in Nigeria than in other countries in the "Sub-Saharan Africa" area.
