PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION CASE: Atiku and Peter Obi have finished presenting evidence and uploading copies of evidence to the court, waiting for judgment
On Friday, Atiku Abubakar and Peter Obi were done giving the Presidential Election Appeals Court their evidence and proof.
Atiku brought up 27 witnesses, while Peter Obi only brought up 13.

The witness was introduced by the lawyer for Atiku Abubakar, Chris Uche.
Dino Melaye was called as a witness last week. In court, he also swore that the election results were fixed to hurt Atiku.

Yakubu will talk about the complaint that PDP candidate Atiku Abubakar made against Bola Tinubu, INEC, and APC about the results of the presidential election, which Tinubu won. Abubakar was upset that Tinubu won.
Atiku's lawyer, Chris Uche, told Haruna Tsammani and the other five judges that Yakubu will be in court on Thursday.

Atiku has called as many as 18 witnesses so far. But on Tuesday, Atiku's lawyer called "The Chief Witness," the day's main witness.
Alex Ter is a lawyer and a former Attorney General and Benue State Commissioner for Justice. He is the person who is testifying.
Alex Ter told the court that there were major problems with the February 25, 2023, presidential election that was run by INEC.
He also said that the full election is against the law for 2022.
Ter said in his speech after taking the oath that during the presidential election in Abuja, he was the Coordinator of the PDP Situation Room.
He then showed the court videos of INEC Chairman Yakubu and INEC Communications Commissioner Festus Okoye, who both said that INEC will send the election results from the Voter Registration Verification Machine (BVAS) to the Electoral Collection Software (iRev).
The third video he showed was of the President of the European Union, which the court also took as proof.
Then, as proof, Alex Ter gave the Electoral Court a copy of the rules that election officers for 2022 and 2023 need to follow when applying for their jobs.
