Nigeria's presidency is very difficult - Buhari

Former President Muhammadu Buhari has said that being president of Nigeria is one of the hardest jobs in the world.

Buhari said this on Tuesday in his prayer message, which was signed by his spokesman, Garba Shehu, and in which he stressed that being a leader means getting everyone to work together and back you.

Buhari said that dealing with the past President of Nigeria is one of the hardest things he has ever had to do.

The former president asked all Nigerians to give their full support to President Bola Tinubu's government.

He also said, "Leadership is a hard job that needs the dedication and support of the people."

Buhari also praised Nigerian Muslims and told those who had done the Hajj that he hoped their worship was good and that they had a safe trip home.

The previous president, who was born in Katsina, finished his two terms of eight years each on May 29, 2023.
