South Africa's president, Cyril Ramaphosa, has asked Ukraine's president, Volodymyr Zelensky, to meet with Russia's president, Vladimir Putin, to talk about ending their fight.

Ramaphosa led a group of African leaders to meet with the leaders of the two countries to find a solution to the conflict, which is still killing soldiers and civilians. He said that when there is a conflict between countries, it is better to talk to each other than to fight.

The President said that they met separately with President Volodymyr Zelensky and heard his complaints about the war. On Saturday, they will go to Moscow to meet with President Vladimir Putin.

In the same way, the leaders held a news conference where they answered questions and the president of Ukraine praised them for their efforts, especially for not joining the war or supporting the other side.

This talk comes after South Africa was accused of giving Russia guns and ammunition, even though the government of that country has denied it.

Now, we're watching to see what kind of progress will be made after the two leaders visited each other's countries and what will happen before August, when Vladimir Putin of Russia will go to South Africa for a meeting of the Organization for Economic Development Countries. That is Brics's income.
