The court ended the 34-year marriage because the pair failed to adore each other.
Ibrahim Aduke and Ishola Akanbi's 34-year marriage was ended by a court in Igboro, Ilorin, Kwara State, because they didn't love each other.
After ending the marriage, Judge Abdul Qadir Umar gave Aduke control of their two kids, a 14-year-old girl and a 6-year-old boy.
The judge said that Akanbi will pay Aduke 20,000 naira every month to support the children. He will also pay for the children's school fees and other needs, and he can see them whenever he wants.
Aduke asked the court to end her marriage to her husband on March 27. She also asked the court to give her control of their children.
The case was stopped because the couple was involved, but that couldn't happen.
Because of this, the court ended the marriage because the two people said they no longer loved each other.
Breakups in marriage have been common in many homes for a long time. It could be impatience between the spouses or a lack of ibtilah in the marriage bond in the homes of the spouses.
If something doesn't go to court and someone lies about it, either the husband or the wife will have to go to court to end the marriage. The most disturbing thing about it is that it covers long-term marriages that are more than 30 years old.
Everyone tried to catch him as soon as he got mad.
