The girls of Zamfara health college were kidnapped
Four female students at the Zamfara State College of Health Sciences were abducted on Tuesday night, according to the police in Zamfara state, who claim that the security forces were involved.
A local informed BBC News that the attackers discovered the college security personnel and then went after the students' home, which is outside the school in Tsafe town.
Five students were taken hostage by the robbers, according to Yusuf Idris Maradun, the college president, however one of them was later released since she was unable to move owing to leg injuries.
The students were taken from the rental home they were in while sleeping in the town of Tsafe, according to the Zamfara state police, who also claimed that the security personnel made every effort to save them.
