The party in Kano, APC, has sought permission from the court to inspect the materials for the 2023 governorship election
In Kano, the APC asked the court handling cases about the March 18 governorship election to let them look at the voting materials.
During the current meeting, Nureini Jimoh SAN, the lawyer for the plaintiff, asked the court to let his client look at the election papers that were used to run the election.
But INEC's lawyer, Mr. K. C. Wisdom, told the court that they didn't know about it until Thursday.
The request was not turned down by the lawyers for Governor Kabir-Yusuf, Adegboyega Awomolo.
Before the full meeting, the three-person panel told all petitioners to finish their arguments.
The meeting has been put off until June 15.
